Last night was pretty amazing for the WTB family. Country crooners Carrie Underwood and Blake Shelton wore NikkiRich by WTB while on stage at the 2011 Country Music Awards. We made Carrie a black cropped tuxedo jacket and box pleated short. She rocked it with a fedora and gorgeous, sparkly heels. Blake performed a tune from the hit movie "Footloose," wearing our NikkiRich denim jacket with leather inserts. We are so honored to have such talent wear our brand in front of millions of people.

WTB is heading into the Memorial Day weekend feeling great and excited. Yesterday we found out that the adorable Miley Cyrus wore our Wicked Top on Wednesday evening to her photo call in Mexico. Of course she looked absolutely amazing and stylish. Miley has become a WTB regular and favorite, having wore our collection to her 18th birthday party and even on the Oprah Winfrey show!

We are such fans of hers. As you know a couple weeks ago I had a photo shoot and I just so happened to wear the Wicked Top also. It's one of my favorite pieces from our Spring collection and I have awesome news: it's available for purchase on our official website!

Thanks to the feathers that are designed on the top wearing accessories is optional. I'm telling you, you will love this top!!

Hello everyone. I hope you are enjoying this beautiful Tuesday afternoon. I wanted to extend an invitation out to all of my WTB fam members that I have started a book club & would love it if YOU joined me. The first book was given to me by a wonderful friend. It's called The Mastery of Love. The author is Don Miguel Ruiz.
I'm going to read three chapters every week and I'll meet you all on Sunday on my Facebook, to discuss what we've read. I think this is a fabulous book to start with. We will all learn how to master awareness, transformation and love. Happiness can only come from inside of our ourselves and the result is our love. When we're aware that no one else can make us happy then that becomes the great mastery of love.

earlier this week I photographed my lovely WTB doll Adam, in the process of trying out a new tye-dye experiment. He is so talented and creative and as you can see from past photos, is willing to get his hands dirty. Well, I uploaded a couple pictures on my Facebook of him untying the finished project. Not only are we revamping everything from top to bottom but we have the amazingly talented Los Angeles sculptor Gerardo Hacer helping. He is designing our store to give it a "modern gothic" look. Richie and I are so excited as well as the WTB staff. We can't wait to show you gems what he has up his sleeves. Until then, I'll continue posting pictures of our store makeover. Hi gems,
although my life is pretty crazy and hectic, every so often I am able to get in some relaxation and girl time. Nylon magazine had their 12th annual Young Hollywood party and I was given an invite. My WTB girl Porsche Simpson, came along and took pictures of our fun night. I walked the red carpet and took a picture of the crazy paparazzi. The beautiful actress Vanessa Hudgens was hosting the event along with her co-stars of the film Sucker Punch. We had such an amazing time and of course enjoyed the swag. Nikki Lund and Richie Sambora will have their clothing line modeled by Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. Richie Sambora, getting ready to board a plane from Los Angeles to the Super Bowl city of Dallas, wanted to talk football.

“Who is going to win the Super Bowl?” he asked.

“Aaron Rodgers vs. Ben Roethlisberger is going to be a great battle,” he answered himself.

“Who has the experience to win?” he said rhetorically.

Sambora, the lead guitarist of legendary rock band Bon Jovi, was so excited to head to Dallas on Thursday night to be part of the spectacle of Super Bowl weekend. And he’s really looking forward to Friday afternoon when he and his partner Nikki Lund have their clothing line — WTB (White Trash Beautiful) — modeled by the Dallas Cowboys’ cheerleaders.

“Of course, I’m extremely proud,” said Sambora, who started the line in spring 2010. “You will have gorgeous girls wearing our fashion. These girls are going to be showing the clothes like art. It’s going to be wonderful.”

WTB is anything but white trash. It’s a contemporary fashion line consisting of distressed leather separates, dresses, evening gowns and more. The WTB Collection already has found celebrity fans including Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus and Kellie Pickler. A men’s line will debut this spring.

What’s with the title of White Trash Beautiful?. “I was walking around my house with this title in my head and I couldn’t figure out what to do with it,” Sambora said, “so I thought ‘women’s fashion line’. I met this brilliant woman named Nikki and we took it from there.”

Lund, who already has a clothing line called Eccentric Symphony, said when Sambora came calling, she wasn’t going to say no. “He is a humble and amazing man, and it really was quite easy for me to say ‘Yeah, let’s do it,’” she said. “We’re knowledgeable together on a lot of things and he’s taught me a lot about football. He explained what a first down was!”

Back to the Super Bowl, Sambora continued the conversation: “It’s going to be a great game. I can’t wait to see the stadium,” he said. “Some of the players are my friends. It’s going to be a wonderful weekend.”

EXTRA TV Correspondent Chooses her WTB Dress!!!

so last week as you all know Richie and I appeared on EXTRA TV with a mission to dress their gorgeous correspondent Renee Bargh in WTB for the Golden Globes red carpet. It was your job to vote and choose which of the four available gowns was "The One." Well the voting ended and the tally's decided that Bargh would wear our multi-colored, off the shoulder WTB dress.
So I have to ask....how amazing does she look?!

so Thursday was a huge day for WTB. We were featured on a segment of EXTRA TV. Our task was to help the gorgeous correspondent Renee Bargh pick out the gown she'll wear on this Sunday's Golden Globe awards while she interviews the celebrities on the red carpet. I have some very exciting news. The gorgeously talented British actress AND Golden Globe winner Sally Hawkins walked the red carpet of her movie premiere Made in Dagenham last night...and she just so happened to be wearing WTB!!
That's right she wore our black silk high neck short sleeve dress and let me just say that she looked absolutely stunning. I love how she paired the dress with fishnets and her makeup was impeccable. Everyone should go out and watch her film.
